The Crab Plant - Crystal River

The good first: server was very attentive, food came out quickly, food was hot. They were busy, but they still ran a good process. Not so great. The shrimps were fried (just as they would come with the trio) a little too long. So hard. Not unbeatable, so I'm not complaining at the restaurant. The cheeses needed a considerable salt. The portion sizes were at the small end. About the board the food was on average in taste and spices of the items I tasted from my family tablets and my hoped a bit more. They only take cash (clearly posted so not really complain, but would rather pay with card, so just a preference).

Our server, Olivia did a fantastic job amd the food was amazing!! We will definitely be customers again! Thanks for the good food and service! Are you trying the homemade shrimp dip?

Had a wonderful dinner tonight. The marker 48 Red Ale was great, the smoked Mullet dip is a special kind of amazing and the crab cakes and grilled red shrimp were delicious. Our server Jessica was great! We will definitely come back.

This place was recommended by some people on the manatee tour that we had just finished. we had been lucky that we had to park near and not wait too long when we said we were ready to share a larger table with another small group. we could look beyond the water. the plates are large and mine contain a lot of garnel! be prepared for it and the fact that they are only cash. there is a cash machine in the lobby. my only regret is that we have 2 icy instead of an icy in water (after a rough water experience at charlies) because that meant that we don't have enough money to give our wonderful waitress the tip she deserved. I explained it to her and she was so sweet and understanding. well worth the effort to get the money and wait here to eat!

By far, one of the best seafood restaurants I've eaten at in Florida. There's no frills, just simple GREAT tasting food. The view is nice and great service.
