The seafood pasta was great, the pizza was good, much better than in many standard pizzerias in Italy. The Profiteroles and the Tiramisu are both divine. The service led by head-waitress Krystal is really outstanding. They offer you half portions if you are not a big eater or to pack what is left to take home if you don't finish your dish. Finally, the place is spacious and very welcoming. I wish I had discovered Bice Bistro at the beginning of my six weeks in Mexico as I was going 3 to 4 times per week to another restaurant in the same Camino Real Hotel where Bice Bistro is located.
I had a pizza here which was really bad. Too much sauce and cheap cheese made this a very poor experience. The price was 50% higher than in the nearby Vapiano. The restaurant was empty nevertheless they tried seating me at the bar.
I ate at this restaurant because I was traveling all day and it was close. The food is not traditional Italian. The 4 cheese pizza uses cheese from France and Russia. The Ceasar salad is made with calamar and cajun chicken. The quality of the food is good, however the prices are a bit high. There is also a 30 peso cover charge to eat at this restaurant. If you are looking for a more authentic Italian meal, this is not place to go.
Just a few words; Deliciously tasty, attentive service and fair prices. We went as a family and it is all ways a pleasure to eat at any of the restaurants of Camino Real Polanco.
Located in the Camino Real hotel, I felt like I was in an old Fridays.I stopped in for lunch on a business trip while staying at the hotel. The service was poor and the food was average not to mention expensive. There are many better options in the area.
