Loved our dinner here (even with a toddler in tow The salted beef appetizer was out of this world (with the crispy tostadas and delicious dips), and the soft shell crab was outstandingly yummy. The pibil pork dish was just ok and so was the Mexican short pasta (for the little one). But overall, we really enjoyed our meal and the ambiance at this “speakeasy” restaurant!
Exquisite food. They have very interesting food options that are a bit pricey but definitely worth it. We got the Mexican Caprese, Ravioli, some spin on a spaghetti dish, and the Octopus. They were all very good. The service was a bit slow, but the atmosphere is in a nice garden venue that is dimly lit. Definitely would recommend this place if you are willing to pay a bit more for some quality food. They have both an english and Spanish menu. The attendants mostly speak Spanish here.
Eating is always good and the place is cozy, service is always good.
This restaurant continues to impress and delight with it's outstanding and rich menu anchoring Mexican cuisine in a smart international context. It has somehow fallen off the hipster radar of Roma and it's all for the better, as the value has just 10Xd (multi-course dinner with wine and digestiffs was US$50 with 20% tip). The service is also top-notch and the interior court yard offers all the charm you need for an unforgettable experience.
