I can say that after several visits, every time I have come here for breakfast or brunch, the waffles have been nothing short of extraordinary. You can really tell that the man really puts his heart into his craft and what he is doing. It is worth a visit just for that.Now for the full review.The place is situated in the Juarez neighborhood in Mexico City, inside this small food court style place. The atmosphere feels very nice and laid back, perfect for a weekend morning, the guy will always greet you with a smile. As soon as you take a peek into the menu, you realize you are not in for the "traditional" American waffles, this man is making the real deal Brussels style waffles from Belgium. The dough is crispy on the outside, but light and soft as a pillow on the inside, perfect for any of his several toppings. I generally order the Club Holly, which is a breakfast in a waffle style combo and it has been delicious and perfect every time. He will fry up vegetables, cherry tomatoes, cheese, ham and bacon and top it off with as fried egg then place it on your waffle with some delicious maple syrup. He has sweeter options as well and a more traditional waffle with powder sugar on top too if you are feeling less adventurous. Really, just pay the place a visit, everything about it is spot on. He also has a small art store inside the waffle place which only makes it cooler.10/10 would visit again.

Había leído excelentes referencias del lugar y la comida, pero al llegar me decepcioné. No es un restaurante, sino un puesto dentro de un edificio. Si bien el trato es amable, y la presentación y consistencia buena, el sabor no me pareció extraordinario. Pedí el Club Waffle y el huevo estaba a medio cocer y muy grasoso. Además, no venden bebidas. El servicio es tipo 'take n' go', porque no te llevan los platos a tu mesa, tienes que pararte a recoger tus platillos.

El sabor y consistencia de los Waffles es muy bueno... El detalle es que es muy muy tardado si hay pedidos anteriores. Nos comentaron 20min de espera, pero fueron como 40 min.
