My daughter and I went to the restaurant on ave Juarez in centro histórico. I ordered a house salad and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. My daughter ordered Spaghetti and meatballs. The salad never came and the food arrived cold. The waiter was nowhere to be found. I flagged down the hostess and she took the food back to the kitchen. It came back hot, but my food was almost inedible. The chicken was so tough that I couldn't eat it. No one came to ask if everything was ok. Once again I complained to the hostess. She asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. I said yes. The manager didn't offer any help. I refused to pay for the salad or the chicken. Other than that I had to pay the rest. Do yourself a favor. Don't go there!
Food is okay, kinda bland. The chicken parmigiana had a minimal amount of marinara sauce. Service was slow.
Its a good place inside a PLAZA, to have a good meal in a medium price. Its ok to solve your dinner .
Walked across the street from our hotel (Geneve Hotel) and had dinner at Italianni’s. Looked like a typical American version of a Italian restaurant. Good selection of dinners at reasonable prices. I had an angel hair pasta with spinach, mushrooms and chicken. Sauce was excellent. My spouse had fettuccini alfredo. They served a wonderful bread with the meal and provided a very flavorful oil mixture for dipping. We had an excellent Mexican red wine with dinner. When the bill was presented they had already calculated in a 15% gratuity so be aware. Overall a very good dining experience, in fact we went back for a second visit while staying in Mexico City.
