It was very tasty although it had a large number of shells in it. Friends had other Mexican dishes and were very pleased. The drinks were good and the location away from Centro was perfect.
We were there as part of a trip past week, three of us. They recommended the Roquefort steak, so two of us went with it. It delayed 50 minutes and all the while everyone that arrived later was eating or being served. When we complained about it, they came and even gave every excuse; worst of them from who seemed like the owner that said that they have a delay and tried to blame on the steak being thick, and some other nonsense excuse (was their recommendation!!!!). Later again, after like a 10 to 15 minutes wait, it finally was delivered to the table, but then there was some more!!! Steak was cold inside and you could tell it has been very bad thawed, even the roquefort sauce was ruined because of it. When opened, we saw the steak was cut almost in two, trying, it seems, to speed up the cooking (like a butterfly), and again covered with the sauce to prevent us from noticing. Everyone that offered previously apologies and compensations all of sudden disappeared, service was just silent to our claims, we evidently could not eat it, they just took both plates from tables, said nothing more. Manager, service and the apparent owner were trying to act like they were not aware or like nothing happened. At the end we paid for it!!!!! And lost hour and a half just to leave still hungry but with less money!!!!!
Enjoyed super service, great tomato soup, pizza and loved the people watching! Looking forward to returning!! TV's for sports fans and indoor and outdoor seating.
My buddy and I were looking for a place to hang out, get a beer, smoke a cigar and eat some great food. This was just what we were looking for. overlooking the beautiful Plaza Madrid with its stunning fountain we felt very safe...perhaps because there were tons of police walking around keeping an eye on things the whole time. The service was cheerful and flawless. The food was great..especially the artichoke dip..wow. we went back the next night and ordered it again. The whole meal with entrees, a couple of drinks each and dessert was about $25 each US
This is a excellent place to go to, it has good decoration and ambient. The food was great and the Diablito drink was excellent. I had the the Mexican pizza a little spicy but the is awesome. They have different types of beers. The service of the waiters were good the have good knowledge of the menu and what to recommend to people. In the end is a excellent place, good food and good service
