Taco Bell - Cuba

I drove my semi to the restaurant, but the door was locked, and I could see a work crew inside. I tried using the drive-thru, banging on the windows, but got no response. I then walked down to the intercom, but still nothing. I went back to the window and banged again, but again, no one responded. Finally, I slid the window open and asked if I could place an order. The guy behind the counter yelled that he couldn't serve me because I had opened the window. I explained that my semi couldn't fit in the drive-thru. He simply replied that there was nothing he could do. So, unfortunately, this place has lost my family's business. Recommended dishes: Quesadilla, Soft Taco.

The ambiance was inviting and enjoyable, creating a pleasant environment for a relaxed evening. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing, lacking in flavor and creativity. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable thanks to the fantastic service and atmosphere, the food did not meet my expectations.

They need to bring back The Encherito, and put it on the menu! It wad always my favorite! Wheelchair accessibility: Need more handicap spaces. That's one reason I rarely eat there. There are only 2 spaces for handicap and I don't want to keep it unavailable while I eat! More wheelchair accessible ramps to the entrance as well! Service: Take out
