The bell gardens location service is better and nicer.

I placed a veggie order clear and the crew right now got my order wrong. They were so busy chit chatting they kept getting my order wrong. The cashier Emily was very rude aside. The man with glasses took care of it. But I'm not coming back.

Starters, they had me go to the parking lot even tho their drive through goes straight to the street. They didn't get the order right the first time forgetting cinnamon twisters. Main dislike is having to maneuver from a main road Florance back to the parking lot only for them to forget something. I thought that's why they had me move so that they get more time to complete the order. Guess fast food isn't fast no more.Parking: Parking is difficult since drive through can block entrance to parking

Went in today right before work. Ordered. They forgot some items. Called the restaurant to let them know. Some Manager named “ Ashley “ not sure if that’s even her name said that in fact I had to go in that same day if I wanted the rest of my order.Her demeanor was very offensive. I asked her for the higher managers name , she said it was Dolores but she wouldn’t be in until Thursday ? Today is Sunday. After reading some of the other reviews it looks like whoever runs this location enables this persons behavior.These people clearly dislike their job. Even if they got sent in for training , it would not make a difference.And on top of it my order was wrong as well.
