La Cueva - Cudillero

El restaurante La Cueva ofrece gastronomía típica del Concejo de Cudillero. En él se pueden degustar sardinas de abaroque, merluza del pincho, pixín (rape), besugo a la espalda, bonito en rollo, calamares, bacalao y curadillo, el plato más típico de Cudillero, la fabada, el pitu de caleya y los mariscos que aportan el toque de la cocina local. También son muy recomendables sus postres como el arroz con leche, requesón, bullinas, franxuelos y el turrón de tabique.
