While I have been feeding in Los Bisquets de Obregon for decades both in Mexico City and Cuernavaca, I have found that the situation on Benito Juarez is lacking in many areas. Staff hide in the kitchen and it takes forever to get to your table to bring the menus. I waited for a menu up to 10 minutes and up to 20 minutes to have the food delivered, even if the restaurant is not busy. Staff are impersonal and never very pleased to wait for their tables. The bus subscribers are extremely loud when cleaning other tables. I found that the locations in Mexico City were similar to Benito Juarez. On the other hand, the location on Rio Mayo in Cuernavcacaca is far superior in so many ways. 1. Customers are treated as family by staff. They love you with brazing and Besos and never forget your name. 2. You meet immediately and accompany you to a table where they have the menus in hand, and ready to take your beverage order or food order when you are in a hurry. 3. The staff has an interest in your culinary experience and works for every need. 4. The food is better prepared and quickly comes to your table from the kitchen as it is prepared. 5. The noise level is kept to a minimum by the waiting personnel and the occupancy of the tables is fast and without noise. 6. It is impossible to leave the restaurant without having several employees say goodbye and have a great day. I think it's up to General Manager at the Rio Mayo site that is able to manage the employees. The other places would do well to visit the Rio Mayo site and make careful notes for their own location.
This is not one of the good biscuits of Obregon. You have decent coffee. The menus have a really good variety and are good for the whole family. The CUERNAVACA is located near the city center and shops so you can go there... and back.
I have come here since they were a small coffee house in Mexico City: the coffee is the same and the bakery is awesome, particularly the tacos de piña and bolitas de queso (cheesy balls), these are my favorite! I can come over here forever,...they have a dish for every taste and every flavor, simple food, nothing more and nothing less. The pricing is average and the service is friendly and helpful.
They serve a 'café con leche', which is a thick hot coffee in a high glass, from which you only need about one inch, then a stream of hot milk. Delicious and try it with one of their house made bisquits.
