I ordered about a month ago and the memories of why I live on the same road and yet I hadn't been here for over a year came flooding back! I ordered 2 medium pizzas a couple of sides on the app (delivery wasn't an option due to my location not that I would get it delivered anyway.....I'm not that lazy! . Notification on the app stated my order was ready. When I arrived and the food was placed on the counter, I immediately realised I was a pizza light. I informed the staff and after a look around I was offered an apology and told it would be about 10mins while my ordered was completed. (I'm tapping my finger on my temple I thought it best to stay rather than leave and return! Within 5 minutes, another patron entered to announce he had been given the wrong pizza yes you guessed it....it was mine!! To cut a long story short (too late! , I eventually got my freshly cooked pizza and as a goodwill gesture, free cookies. The cookies went in the bin and the app was uninstalled, while I was waiting for said pizza. Never Again.
