Steve and Shelly operate a wonderful establishment in Culbertson Montana. A very clean visible kitchen that puts up satisfying breakfasts n lunches and has been doing so for many decades.
I had the Cowboy Skillet. Pretty good portion and tasty food. Food and tip for two meals was $40.
