The paper menus are given from table to table, the covers are and stay on the table even if you take a drink: pleasant for the following who will use it. 50 cm between a few tables. We put people who don't know each other on the big tables, obliging smears when people want to pass. The entrance and exit that is the same passage is barely one meter then greet the barrier measures! After waiting to be placed, you see the servers touch the masks and continue the service without disinfecting the hands. They touch the blankets... Our waitress was condensed by lack of hygiene and total incompetence all linked by an incredible aggressiveness and a bad mood. I dared to refuse the glass she had touched by attacking her, her palm touching the straw and the fruits while she had just scratched the mask. Instead of apologizing with a smile by changing the glass she preferred to send me back to the others by telling me she was laughing if I was going to drink or not the glass. And she continued like that several times. I asked to talk to the manager who had to prefer the bowling or swimming pool than the management. At the level of his team, that is, incompetent! First he does not monitor the lack of hygiene and professionalism of his team and when he tells the bar to make us the cocktails they do and dares to admit it to us. It's because we're honest, but waiting 20 minutes for the "addition after such a service gave us the urge to leave. I don't know what the management of this chain is doing with this restaurant. This tarnishes the image of the chain. So many incompetence come together in one place it scares especially when you see the cries of restaurateurs who ask the consumer to come back after the covid. I'm not going back to that one. I've seen hundreds of messages like mine on this restaurant for months and nothing to do. Go to restaurants that are worth it and avoid it
Coming for a birthday we had reserved: cocktails were unbreakable, dishes gathered together at the same time as aero, no orange while the 3/4 of the cocktails are orange and an Auchan is next to... And at the time of the check, we wait 20 minutes for the waitress to see us after giving the check to other people who asked us. So we were 6 to pay, the waitress was more than limited to calculate how much we had to pay, no currency for those who pay in cash: a Saturday no change? The waitress found herself very fast and came to attack our friend who had made the reservation by telling her not to book a Saturday or to organize upstream for setting up the account. She spoke to us as if we were her friends and followed a long altercation in front of the entire restaurant by treating us with the bad people because we asked her for a solution to pay. Very angry, she made us part of our money by throwing it and asking us to leave without paying as much as he was furious. Fortunately, one of his colleagues came to apologize for Caroline's behaviour (the waitress) was taken over. We were able to leave by paying everything! Hardly out, Caroline followed us to tell us that we didn't pay all the money and told us once again for no reason because she left without having more money from us and without apologizing! I don't recommend this restaurant and waitress. We will not return and I intend to make the announcement against this disappointing restaurant! Very humiliating because the whole restaurant observes us in sight of the cries of the waitress.
