Mcdonald's Silverlakes Drive-thru

Wish you could give -5 stars. This place is more useless than home affairs, its now been 45min in the drive through in 34°C weather with a 2 year old in the car, my order has only been taken now. Im probably going to sit another 45 minutes before I can leave here, honestly my worst experience at any drive through restaurant EVER. Like just close this place please, cause you are robbing people of their time and money

I like the fact that it operate 24hrs however during the day the service is slow. Waited until I got impatient on the drive through and what made it worse was the fact that it has 2 slots for drive-through ordering but still took longer for then to take my order. The food was nice though. Improve the fastness of your service delivery via drive through.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that the card machine does not work (drive through). Had to wait 10 minutes before someone eventually brought a mobile machine, then I get to the collections and there is no one there!! Had to shout to get anyone’s attention to help me. Is this the level of customer service you render to clients?? SHOCKING!!

Wow what a fancy Macdonalds. Relaxing atmosphere, very clean and beat. Self service options-really quick. And the crispiest hashbrown! Just no play area

I have purchased a happy meal 4 kids, and did not even receive a toy for the kids. They where so unhappy not to receive a toy, did not know what to say.
