Buffalo Wild Wings - Cullman

Our server Domninque (sorry if misspelled) he was absolutely wonderful, very polite never leave our glasses empty. The best service we had here for a long time. Thank you for taking care of us so much. You need a raise, I saw you helped other servers.

The food lasted 30 minutes and it was cold when we got it not to mention that the food was evil like hell. It won't go back. I ordered nachos and got 3 small tacos very disappointing

Just not for me. Wings are not good. You've always been frozen garbage. If someone says they're good, it's literally because they weren't elsewhere to know what a better wing is or leave Cullman County period. I just wanted to hang out with my mates. Somehow, I've never been able to get all my food I order. The celery was missing, but whatever. Wings were best and dry, although I ordered wet. I mean, I literally stopped knowing? The only reason I can even give him a 2 star is that the waiter was cool and the charged points were actually good, I will give it. Other than what I remember why I stopped going and not in like 4 years. Probably 4-5 years before I come back if I'm even honest.

We always have good service and friendly staff here at BWW. Our Sydney server goes beyond and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Repeat the customer several times. Awful service. Our waitress asked us for our drink order ? we order at the same time and hasn?t came back once after. Got here at 8:30pm when they close at 10 and have been waiting for 45 minutes for our food. A party of 8 came in after us ordered and got all their food within 15 minutes? Got our food right at 9:21 and our food is cold? I ordered potato wedges and I got french fries? I also ordered a side Caesar salad and there was hardly any dressing (I was trying to wait for the waitress to come back but no where in site). My boyfriends wings were room temperature and the sauce had been sitting in them to where they look mate. Overall Decatur?s Buffalo Wild Wings is 200x better
