Contribuisci feedbackWhen it comes to food, i have a family of picky eaters. So when it comes to fried chicken, they don 't like wings and thighs. I asked if i could make a special bucket of just 4 breasts 6 legs. At first he was like i can 't do that and then he said, "Well, i could make a 12pc and there would be slight upcharge for 1 of the breasts $1.99) and he would have to put in 2 thighs so i said finally said ok. I would just be wasting 2 pcs of chicken. When i got home with the bucket started dishing out food, i found 4 breasts, 4 legs and 4 thighs. My husband was very upset since i ended up spending over $52 for the meal and a dessert cake. Nobody eats thighs because of their taste so now i am throwing away 4 pcs of chicken instead of 2 which is probably around $6 worth of food because someone slipped them in instead of the legs. Ughhhh...
Had to tell the girl what I wanted 4 times and when I got around to the window she started laughing to herself and talking to herself then asked if I was ok and I said yeah really confused and then she asked me to pull in a parking spot. Very uncomfortable.
I went ahead and got an 8 piece family meal, hoping to get three thighs. Well, they said I could only get two thighs with the eight piece bucket that was right at 32 bucks, already overpriced. Then she said I could buy an extra thigh. I told her I would. Well, when I got to the window, they said they traded out another piece for a thigh, so I would have three. I get home, I only have two thighs. This makes me not want to ever go back, plus the biscuits could break a tooth or two out.
Since y’all have your phones off so people can’t call, I guess I’ll leave this here. I put in a mobile order and half of my food is missing. I wanted to just simply call and ask for a replacement, but it’s clear you do not care about your customers.
They was very friendly, speedy service, and got our order correct all the way. Can't wait to go
