Papa John's Pizza - Cullman

Great customer service, good looking pizza. Night shift manager. I don't know how the day is

I ordered delivery on a $45 order. After it was too late, I called the store to be informed that they had only 1 driver and were uncertain when my order was delivered. I decided to get my pizza before it got cold. On arrival I was charged an extra $2.30 and they did not refund my delivery fee. They offered me two liters of comfort. I should have ordered Domino as usual. They are the only pizza place in the city that provides that it will be right.

The pizza wasn't what I ordered. The boxes had oil everywhere. What a mess. The garlic knots were not completely boiled. I'm so disappointed with this order.

Very disappointed all around. The staff was incredibly rude when I called to check on my delivery. When the man could not find my apartment, he called my phone and said, ?Where do you live?? Very rudely. Then when he finally shows up, I was kind opening the door because I was trying to be understanding and all he said was, ?I forgot your drink so I?ll have to go back and get it.? I proceed to be kind and then a good 40 minutes later he shows back up again and hands me the drink. When I say, ?thank you? he just turns around and walks away. As someone in customer service, I know this is unacceptable. I will never order from them again. If someone would have shown just one act of kindness, I would not have written this review.

Would be great if they didn?t hang up the phone on you instead of answering or didn?t leave you on hold for ten minutes. It?s Sunday. During church. You aren?t busy. There is no excuse.
