Sonic Drive-in - Cullman

The only reason I'm giving this a 5-star review is because of Justice. She made everything just right. However, the Sonic app isn't functioning properly at this location, so it's not worth visiting at the moment.

The food is good, but there are some issues with the ordering process. The app doesn't let you order some of the items available in the store, and they've started automatically adding a tip without informing you. If you select no for the tip, they round up the change on credit or debit card transactions to include a tip. I believe this is illegal; if I want to leave a tip, I will do so voluntarily. I shouldn’t have to deal with extra charges for tips that haven’t been earned.

Don't apply for a job here. They have jobs all over indeed and the web and they give u interview. Then text u and say they don't have any open positions. Which is bull so be aware of these people. By the way this is the one in Cullman.

The sweet tea is nothing but water with a hint of tea. Half of the stalls where blocked off. Can't get people to work. They have the best onion rings.

I ordered items 1, 3, and 11. The first item was cold, and they didn't seem to care. The third item was incorrect, and even after I informed them, they remade it but it was still wrong. I also asked for a Cherry Dr Pepper with syrup, but it was not sweetened at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I felt it was a waste of $30.00.
