Mcdonald's - Culpeper

She is one of the most friendly individuals I've had the pleasure of interacting with. In this modern era, McDonald's is making an effort to truly represent their local community.

This McDonald's location has experienced disruptions since the introduction of politics. However, the staff members I have encountered have always been friendly. It seems that the issue may be due to the high population size of our city/area and the constant flow of travelers and workers throughout the day. It would be helpful to have another location on the opposite side of the city to alleviate some of the pressure. Hopefully, the management considers this suggestion.

I normally don't write reviews, but my grandmother visited this restaurant on 2-17-22. She ordered a big breakfast without sausage, which she repeated three times at the drive-thru. However, the worker did not seem to take her order correctly. English is her second language, but she speaks it well. When she received her order at the window, she only got eggs and a cookie. When she asked the cashier about the missing items, she was spoken to disrespectfully and was denied the pancakes she had ordered. Despite asking for help from a Spanish-speaking worker, my grandmother was met with hesitation and evaluation. Eventually, she was given the pancakes and left feeling angry and upset about the treatment she received. When I spoke to a manager about the incident, I received no response and was never called back. This experience was absolutely embarrassing and terrible. I will never spend another dollar at this restaurant and strongly urge others to dine elsewhere.

Today 2-5-22 and my family waited for 35 minutes in line. when we arrived at the loudspeaker, the worker was extremely rude. the worker on the speaker seat, who dissolves our order, and we repeated it again and again. when we arrived at the window, the worker without giving us our straws, she was huffing and puffing as she was crazy. not professional.

Horrible service. I haven’t visited this establishment in a few months and decided to give it another shot. I regret it. I recommend going to any other fast food in town. Rude employees, cold food, and long wait times. Just not worth it.
