After taking my first bite and now I know why, because you can tell the ingredients are so fresh. I am not big on thin crust pizza, but wifey loves thin crust and have to say pizza damn good! We order online and they come out to the car and bring the pizza out to you. Definitely we order more in the future and good thing it's a small business family own which is awesome. Total price for both pizzas with tax $35.04 and well worth it.
I was very impressed by the customer service from Nick, the cashier. My phone order was altered and he was adept at handling the situation to make sure I got my pizzas in a timely manner. This is the type of customer service that makes me feel good. When the topic of Papa John’s comes up in conversation, I will tell others about the experience I had at this location. The type of service I received goes a long way. It will give a good name to Papa John’s. Businesses reap what they sow. P.S. I liked the pizza, especially the crust.
This place once accidently gave my pizza to someone else, so I had to wait which then resulted in my car battery dying in the parking lot. I don't blame them for that though, nor the detestable actions of the Mr. Schnatter. I would probably eat Papa J's more often if I could enjoy it guilt free.
We are relatively new to Altadena. This was our first visit. The Altadena Salad was very good. It was even bigger than it looked after we removed it from its box for mixing. The dressing provided was also very tasty. We also had the Belgian fries with the garlic dipping sauce. Both were very good. Both of these were plenty for our lunch. My wife and I will return for future meals especially since I missed the roasted Brussels sprouts that are on the menu.
They make they’re pizza more delicious now
