Janga By Derrick's Jamaican Cuisine

The food was delicious. I had the jerk shrimp which was very tasty, well seasoned, not too spicy and just the right size portion. The greens were excellent and the rice and beans hit the spot. Our server was funny, attentive and just an all aroundgreat hostess. We definitely plan to go back.

Overall, a good experience. The curry chicken had a more mild flavor, not what you would call Jamaican but it was decent. The rice and beans lacked flavor and the greens were delicious. The meat patties were the best. The host was nice and food came outon time. We'll give it another try.

Wonderful service with tasty food! The oxtails were falling off the bone, the greens were a perfect texture and fresh with a generous portion of plantains. The pineapple ginger juice was delicious and refreshing that I got a cup to go. I will definitelycome back next time I'm in the area.

Never disappointed in our trips to Janga. We come here for great seafood dinner or sometimes just crave their fries (and a fruity cocktail). Always feels like being welcomed into someone's home. A special place, check them out!

Great food and really excellent service. Will definitely return. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because the inside dining area looked a bit cluttered with items that should have been stored away.
