Amazing!!! An original super place and the variety of excellent food!!

Disappointing your customer service! I bought one of those lemon pictures, and when I tried it, I had a taste that was kept, like the flour or the sugar glasse had absorbed odors. I approached a girl who cooked at the bar and tried the lemon box and found that I was right, so I came back where the lady who handed me the quad to tell her that I changed it, which with certain doubts did and then approached the first girl and told me to return the picture, that they cannot change me because I had bited the first one (and she too when they taste it) and that they should consult the owner. I asked them to give me back in that case the money and they told me they couldn't do it! First they give me a bad food (if I was poisoned someone else could put them on demand, but that doesn't matter to them), then they give me a poor customer service and to end they don't want to give me the money back! How disrespectful! Religiously I was going almost every day but these details I feel sorry to see that Lucia does not fulfill the image she projects, the customer's treatment in this type of conflict reflects the values of her company.

This site only offers desserts and some light meals. Cookies are very good, but at certain times it is usually very full. It's pretty expensive for what they serve you.
