Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cumberland

We went in for burgers and shakes. I've never been disappointed at DQ. And if you get any ice cream, win-win. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean.

Chicken strips and fries for two. Had to wait an eternity for food. Seems like the employees were more into socializing amongst themselves. Half of order sat on top of counter waiting on other order of chicken. Then had to wait for fries. In the meantime, sundaes that were way ahead of everything became soup.

I’m really impressed with the way they run this location. The food was warm and well cooked and got to us in a timely manner. Everyone was polite, it was comfortable and clean inside and outside. They mistakenly left out a gravy but remedied it very quickly. Will be returning. 5/5

Best Dairy Queen Ive been to since I was a kid. The restaurant was clean, food was made to order, and the staff was so courteous and professional. In a world where a lot of fast food employees seem to not take pride in their work, this one is the exception. Well done !
