Awesome, awesome food. The best fried chicken I ever had. The most incredibly yummy coleslaw ever! Also wonderful are catfish and greens.Kid-friendliness: There's outdoor seating where you can have kids, and Emma is accommodating with altering meals.

This is a great title mom and pop restaurant, the food was amazingly delicious. We talked to the owner, she was so gracious and a warm personality. Just like eating at moms house. The ribs , and cole slaw I had, was as good as it gets. We came in on motorcycles, rode across The Little Shepard Trail. Which is basically a one lane paved road across a ridgetop down into Kingdom Come state park. Got to see log rock. Then across Black Mountain, highest point in Kentucky. This road rivals The Tail of the Dragon. This is a great trip for motorcyclists, the cherry on top was finding this restaurant for a wonderful meal with appreciative owners and workers. This will be our go to diner for all our trips to this area. Go enjoy the mountain roads, and a great meal

Great food. BBQ and chicken is great. Fried apples were amazing
