I ordered a Rueben sandwich. Watched one of the employees wipe down the front of the microwave right over top of the toast destined to be mine. I told the employee cooking if that is my toast, I do not want and the reason why not. He angerily threw the toast at the trash can. The toast ended up on the floor. After no apology and a minute later, he told me that there was no more rye bread without looking for any. I had to go get a refund. If this how you treat customers and subject food to dirt, I will no longer will eat there.
Ordered chef salad on line. SOGGY croutons!! I misunderstood....... NOT MTO! Could have bought one out of case and saved $2!!! Sorry SHEETZ.....won't do this again.
Whoever makes the food in the early morning needs to teach the rest of the staff how to do it.
Apparently food allergies are a joke to the employees here. When ordering 2 beef and cheese empanadas I was given sausage, egg, cheese and potato. Went back to the location to let them know something was wrong. After the second order came out as the same product, I went right back in and I was told the manager put the product away wrong and so it was mislabeled in their inventory location. After this second error was made I just wanted a refund and I made the point that it was a larger problem for those customers with allergies to foods like eggs, and that it is dangerous to let this happen. The response I was given was Well, it happens ... I DARE YOU to say that to someone 's family and loved ones that YOU put in the hospital or worse KILL them because of this terrible attitude. If you dont want to do your job and/or just dont care, then please stop coming to work. They dont need you as a liability for a lawsuit due to your negligence.
