However, I felt a bit uneasy about the large number of meat dishes being prepared alongside vegetarian options in such a small establishment. I personally avoid eating salad or raw vegetables in places that handle raw meat and specifically requested my pakora to be served without salad or any raw items. Both came as requested. The pakora was quite delicious, but I recommend asking for the vegan kebab sauce instead of the vegetarian pakora sauce. My vegetable biryani was generous enough to serve two people; however, I found it to be overpriced and wouldn't choose to order it again. This review is an update from my previous one on July 29, 2019.
The restaurant staff, being part of the Sikh community, are knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan needs, which is helpful for making suitable choices. However, I did feel somewhat uneasy about the number of meat dishes being prepared right next to the vegetarian options in such a small kitchen. I personally avoid eating salads or raw vegetables in places where raw meat is handled, and I specifically requested my pakora to be served without salad or raw onions, which they accommodated. The pakora itself was very tasty, but I recommend opting for the vegan kebab sauce instead of the vegetarian pakora sauce. My vegetable biryani was quite large—enough for two people—but I found it to be overpriced and wouldn't choose to order it again. This review was updated from a previous one on July 29, 2019.
