First off you have to place your order on kiosk 100 people behind the counter, but not 1 person asked to help. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the kiosk and the manager stood behind the counter looking at me. I finally after 5 minutes just selected what I could find not what I wanted. When my name got called she said don’t forget your bagel bites. I don’t order bagel bites I never left the coffee screen. I said no I didn’t order those the manager looking at me from 2 feet away well you paid for them… ok well I obviously didn’t mean to not sure how I did but ohh well. Not a single offer to remove them from my order. If I’m ordering from a kiosk and using the machines I think whoever has to do that deserves an employee discount I’m not a Dunkin worker! Poor customer service and the stupid stuffed bagel bites are cold
Manager, please fix the soap dispenser in the males bathroom. It’s been like it for three months.
Beware. When creating a mobile order at this location, it will appear fine but when you go to pick up your order it’s “sorry, out of French Vanilla.” “Sorry, out of half caff and will just give you a black regular coffee without asking would you like a refund?! Donuts in the evening are nasty/stale at this location! Single creamers were thrown into my donut bag making them all wet!!!! Not happy!!!
HORRIBLE! I order two bags of the snacking bacon and got this…. No flavor and my bacon was literally all chewy. I come here every morning before I go to school to order this and this time was just disgusting! Very upsetting for the fact that the bacon is high already, and for me to order two bags and only get two pieces is crazy. I can’t Be told I am wrong because I order it every time and it never looks like this or tastes like this. I also asked for extra crispy, Which I know that can be done.
