The steak fajitas and drinks are amazing! We live nearby and visit frequently. They've recently remodeled, creating more space and a fantastic bar area. I highly recommend this place! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu available.

The food wasn’t up to the usual standard, and, to make matters worse, our waitress was quite rude. She didn’t even place my order, and while everyone else received their meals, I was left without mine. When I pointed this out, she argued that she knew the menu and her job, but clearly, if there are five guests and only four meals arrive, something has gone wrong. Management should have recognized that this was unacceptable and addressed the waitress’s attitude, but it didn’t happen. To top it off, she became irritated when we requested separate checks. It’s unlikely I will return after this experience, especially with family visiting from out of town. Thanks for ruining our outing.

The food here is excellent! My personal favorite is the Salmon Al Tequila. However, I do have an issue with the waitress repeatedly asking for cash tips, explaining that a portion of her tips is deducted if given through card payments. I understand this may be a common practice, but I find it inappropriate for a server to specify their preferred tipping method. Additionally, I occasionally like to order delivery through Uber Eats, but I've noticed that the menu there is not current. Unfortunately, this means I can’t order my favorite Salmon Al Tequila from Uber Eats or DoorDash, as it’s not available. I would appreciate it if the menu could be updated.

This mechanical maestro glides across the room, offering beverages with a futuristic flair that's a joy to watch. It's like something straight out of a sci fi movie, and I half expected it to join our conversation or challenge us to a game of trivia.While the food may not have set my culinary world alight, the UFC fights on enormous TVs did catch my attention. The **** bouts made for an odd backdrop to our family dinner, painting a contrast as stark as guacamole on a tortilla chip. Perhaps a warning for the more sensitive diners could be considered?In summary, Palapas Bar and Grill offers a pleasant, if not extraordinary, Mexican dining experience with a unique robotic twist. Though it may not have been our favorite Mexican haunt, its individuality and charm earn it a respectable 3.5 out of 5 stars. If you ever find yourself craving a Margarita served by R2 D2's distant cousin, Palapas is the place to be!

I Placed an order through DoorDash and received the wrong thing so I contacted DoorDash to get a refund and I reordered the same meal again to get the correct food. I guess they were mad I contacted DoorDash about the mistake so they never remade the food or requested another driver. My order said preparing for like an hour so I had to cancel and never receive my food smh. Terrible customer service
