Village Burger - Cumming

The burger was fantastic and not greasy at all, while the fries were tasty and generously portioned. I can confidently say it's one of the best burgers in town. The prices are reasonable too. I would rate this place a 9 out of 10.

I'm sad to say that I have to change my 5-star review to a 2. The service has always been top-notch, and we really appreciate the staff. However, the quality and presentation of the burgers have taken a significant dip over the past few months. Instead of receiving two well-shaped patties, I've been served chunks of meat haphazardly placed on a grease-soaked bun. I really hope you can return to your previous excellent food standards, as I can't recommend the current situation.

The village burger was easily the best I've had in a long time, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. Without a doubt, this is the best burger spot in town. I can’t wait to return and explore the rest of their delicious menu!

I walked in one hour before closing and was met with blank stares like I was inconveniencing the restaurant. No one said hello or how may I help you. Not one word was spoken to me before I ordered. The person at the register just stared off in to the distance for a good long while. A customer experience begins with the register. The food is good so I will give this place another try but why would I go somewhere like this just to be stared at and not given a friendly “hello, what would you like” or even spoken to at all. It’s just burgers and fries and I can get those literally anywhere else. The cooks and people bringing the food to the table are probably all great and hard workers. The guy who brought our food to the table was nice and asked if we needed anything. All I would have liked to have happened is just a normal human interaction at the counter before I spend my money to support your business. Voluntary exchange of money for services with a smile. Like I said, this place has one more chance for me and I will change my review if it is better next time.

The food was fire! Sooooo yummy and def hit the spot after running around all morning. The prices are just as great! In times likes these having reasonably priced food is a huge plus! They aren’t chincy on the portions either. Chill place, great food, polite staff, not much more you can ask for
