Shehnai Indian - Cupar

The Indian restaurant is exceptional! The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The food is delicious, clearly made with fresh ingredients. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

I stopped by to grab a quick takeaway and the person at the counter informed me that they were running behind. When I simply mentioned I wanted to order for takeaway, he insisted that I needed to hear him out, claiming he had experience. He then proceeded to pat my hand in the most condescending way. Reluctantly, I placed my order because I couldn’t think of another place to go. I won’t be returning—being treated that way is really frustrating.

We had a fantastic meal with our two kids. The service was outstanding, and we were treated very well. The food was tasty, and the boys are already eager to come back!

Positive aspects: excellent service, diverse menu, great drink selection, and appealing decor. However, there were some downsides: the food was disappointing, with burnt Channa Puri, a tough Lamb Jalfrezi accompanied by an unusual sauce, congealed pilau rice, and the oddest garlic naan I've ever encountered!

Fantastic little restaurant! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable!
