The food is authentic, the menu is extensive, and with a very wide variety of tastes. One of my favorites is Volcano Fish, which is an inexpensive fish cooked in a hot, spice broth. Service is friendly, but often a bit distant. The vast majority of clientele appear to be ethnic Chinese, which I find to often a good indicator of the quality and authenticity of the food. Seating is pretty close quarters, and at long tables that are close together. When they're busy (and they usually are), a small party is likely to be sharing a large table with another party. I find that very pleasant experience. Parking is easy in the large lot that's part of the strip mall that the restaurant is in. Menu prices are quite moderate.
3 of the 4 people got diarrhea the night after we ate the food there. We are pretty sure we didn't have any other suspicious food. So please use fresh food and make sure the food quality reach the bar.
Mongolian beef was pretty greasy and not tasty. The duck appetizer I got was pretty bad as well. My friend who also ordered was pretty disappointed. For the 25 bucks I spent I would get any other food.
My daughter took me to this restaurant last week, everything was spectacular.
Covid protocol is takeout only, with contactless payment available. They have plexiglass shields between you and them. Order ahead for easy pickup. We usually get the pan fried buns, tomato loofah gluten, green onion pancakes, among other things. All good.
