The chef picked us up at out hotel and took us to the big local market, pointing out unique foods and navigating us through. The cooking space is beautiful and clean. Instruction was excellent and we enjoyed eating and drinking our product.

We had a cooking class with Chef Ingrid and had a wonderful time preparing Peruvian cuisine and learning how to make a Pisco Sour. Ingrid also took us to San Pedro Market for a tour. We enjoyed her explanation of the various areas of the market (produce, meat, bread, etc). The food was delicious and we can't wait to cook this meal for our friends at home.
