Pizza Hut - Cut Bank

The food was cold, and the customer service was terrible. It took an hour for them to locate my order, while the staff just stood around at the front.

During this time, another gentleman arrived, but the waitress still failed to acknowledge either of us. I found her behavior quite unprofessional; she clearly didn't understand that customers should come first. Eventually, one of the cooks approached me to take my order, and I thanked her after paying, yet the waitress still didn’t make eye contact or speak to us. As I was leaving, I noticed the family of four getting ready to leave as well. I asked the lady if they were heading out, and she confirmed they were. It was clear she was upset, and though I didn’t feel it was my place to do so, I apologized to her for whatever the waitress did. Her husband chimed in, stating they had waited over half an hour without receiving any service. They were only given menus upon being seated, and the waitress never offered them drinks or anything else during their entire stay. I believe the waitress needs proper training in customer service; her lack of skills was evident. I sympathized with that family for having to endure over half an hour without being attended to. It was baffling to see the waitress leaning against the counter, writing on a notepad as if her customers weren't important to her. Pizza Hut really needs to improve its hiring practices or at least ensure that there’s someone available to help customers. That family should not have had to leave under those circumstances! I felt compelled to share this experience because it was incredibly frustrating!

I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, and unfortunately, the pizza was extremely soggy. I tried reheating it, but it didn’t improve— it was inedible. It seems like the Pizza Hut in Cut Bank is just getting worse and worse. I’m done trying to eat there.

Great service. Just wish y'all would send my email a message so I can get on the schedule. Fast paced. Amazing respectful responses appreciate the hard work and openness. Pizza was good

Pizza hut in Cut Bank just keeps getting worse and worse. We paid for extra stuff on our pizzas and didn't get it. I couldn't give them one star because it was delivered hot and the driver was very nice
