Dairy Queen - Cutler Bay

I recently visited this restaurant and had a negative experience with a waiter named Duviel who was very rude. He was disrespectful and did not prepare my dessert, a blizzard, correctly. When I requested a replacement, he refused to provide one. Additionally, the restaurant was lacking in spoons and napkins. Overall, the establishment was dirty and unsanitary.

On March 28, 2024, I ordered four items at Dairy Queen. The two female employees were joking and laughing because they didn't know how to make my daughters' orders. Unfortunately, they also made two of the treats (a blizzard and a sundae) incorrectly. I will not be returning for future purchases.
