Mcdonald's - Cutler Bay

My whole time fave fast food, her customer service is so good.

It must be by far the worst Mcdonalds I came across. You keep getting my order wrong. The workers are rude and unprofessional. God forbid you to eat disorder from there. Eating is always cold or missing items.

Food is great. Popusas are the best. People are nice and helpful.

I just went at 12.52 to get something to eat and I called hello hello hallo, and nobody answered, I'm going around because the whole light was up, and I don't see anyone, and then comeback and I horn twice and they answered, I ask if they sleep? And they said no, I'm asking for my food and told me that only number 1.2 and 3. Sr and Miss for your service.

This time has definitely been the last time I go to this location. I usually have to go because it is the closest to my house but this time was the last. Whenever I go they either screw up my orders or give me attitude. the owner or manager should check the training given to their workers on how to treat the customer and how to prepare the food. I also work in a food place and the most important thing is our clients and of course making the orders as they ask. Very disappointing.
