Starbucks - Cutler Bay

Come to this place very often as I moved back to Cutler Bay position after 10 years. The manager is still the same manager who was here 10 years ago and runs a smooth and clean operation. The staff is always friendly and rewarded. I highly recommend this place.

Great coffee. I love the drinks here. Ask Jesse if you come here. He's the petty white male who usually works nights. He's fast and runs this place like a manger. I will definitely be back

I like this location. They are usually busy, since they are in a mall, but they are very good about keeping the line moving and being polite and staying calm. I have seen staff deal with difficult customers (this coffee is too hot. Make it colder) with a smile on their face. Not to mention the food and drinks are up to Starbuck's standards! My favorite food amd drink is the Cheese and Fruit Protein Box, and a Venti Caramel Latte!

Sunday afternoon just before 2 o'clock business was decent busy, but orders were taken quickly and efficiently so the small line moved quickly. Coffee came out quite quickly and were made right. The store was a stupid mess, but nothing crazy.

This Starbucks is in the mall so its always busy, but the workers move fast so that you don't wait for ever. Absolutely. I try to order as often as possible on the app so that my food or drinks are usually ready when I go upstairs. All employees are always friendly and always have a smile on the face. The manager, Asha is great.
