Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. An elderly woman with short gray hair and glasses, who made my sandwich, was quite rude and unkind to both me and my partner. When I inquired about why she was cutting my sandwich, she reacted negatively without any reason. To make matters worse, I ordered a sandwich with both chicken and bacon, but she only included the chicken. Overall, the customer service was unsatisfactory.
I visited this restaurant some time ago and encountered an elderly employee who mentioned he had been working at Subway since the 1970s. Unfortunately, I saw him wipe his nose on his glove, and when I asked him to change it, he refused. I was quite upset and expressed my frustration, as it seemed he was putting customers at risk of getting sick. If he behaves like that in front of guests, I can only imagine what might be happening behind the scenes.
Gleidis was truly exceptional! My husband and I visited around 9 PM, and we usually don’t experience such outstanding service at other Subway locations. Her cheerful smile and friendly, outgoing demeanor made our night. We noticed she was the only one working the night shift, and she managed everything so efficiently. Every customer who came in was treated well, and the tables were clean while the chips aisle was neatly organized. Gleidis provided incredible service! She definitely deserves a raise! We will definitely return, as we need more dedicated employees like her!
Very racist and rude there . I have went there to eat and they completely ignore me and skip me in line the next time I came in for pick up and they literally stayed in the back of the restaurant until a grandpa and his grandson came in and took their order. One of the girls is constantly on her phone and ignoring customers and recording things on her phone completely unprofessional there
Very rude ladies behind the counter. Very loud conversation between the two, NEVER made eye contact, and practicality threw my change at me, dropping bills and coins on the counter. I know it's only a sandwich shop, but after spending 12+ dollars on a mediocre sub, I deserve a bit of common courtesy.
