Contribuisci feedbackI go to the fish restaurant bohlsen in the cuxhavener harbour now with few interruptions already for 20 years, if no more. mostly at the holiday season in summer, but also from time to time in winter. Previously with my parents, meanwhile with my own children. the dishes were always fabulously delicious, but what I noticed during my stay in cuxhaven this year in the summer of 2017: the portions appear to be smaller, especially the bratkartoffeln I love for years. what has happened to me in this year at all the first time in all the years to my amazing negatiw-- the remoulade delivered to the fish breakfast had stood off (up on it dry skin, as with cooked pudding) and that half an hour after opening of the restaurant - each second cut in the trench crates to self-service was not perfectly clean-lipench Previously, it was more than able to make up with the quality of the feed and the size of the portions, but since my last visit I must say that the place at others in cuxhaven is now better. we will not go to dinner in the future. the only positive thing in my last visit: The ancient monastery in the first floor was finally modernized. but they were swapped with herren- and damenklo and I almost got the wrong door ...
Here you can eat fish in all variations and the very tasty. Here you can also buy and take fresh and smoked fish. all very fresh.I can only recommend to visit here
Like all the localities in the harbour area is placed worth the essential fish.So also here: order on the theke, pay, take drinks, fish is served. limandensfilet, stone beißerfilet or edelfischteller all with bratkartoffeln or slewing potatoes, mostly remoulade and salatkleks. well fried fish and the kartoffels are also best of quality. you get tired. price between 14€ and 18€ is inexpensive. even North Sea garlands at the scholle cost no extra price. who wants to eat fish and just like it, he's right here.
You can eat fish well here. the foods are freshly prepared and not overgrown. the fish still tastes as a fish and not after pfeffer or panade.The personal is already a little sturdy on the go. there is a need for what has to happen. who comes from the Rhineland knows this: this is the ton that the köbes also strikes!
Whenever we are in cuxhaven, we also eat in cauliflowers. we have never fallen, the fish is well fried (not always free of bones) the supplements in the regular. a total of a hearty kitchen, fried is in the restaurant, all a little old style.
