If you're not feeling too koscher and you just want a mulled wine, you can see excellent service that moment when the boss takes his time to prepare an improvised mulled wine right then. Superb!
Zeche: 77 € General: We visited the Italian restaurant Fontana di Trevi during previous Cuxhaven stays and had a good memory. She was not saddened by the recent visit. The Fontana di Trevi is a popular address on the way from the seaside resorts to the Lotsenviertel of Cuxhaven. On the Pentecost Sunday evening, the restaurant was occupied at about 20:00 to three quarters, but there were still some reservation marks on the free tables. The audience mixed, also some regular guests who provide personal reception. The Fontana di Trevi offers a solid kitchen. I want to set the price-performance ratio to good three stars. Also in the Fontana di Trevi there is a moderate touring effect that I am animating with food. Fontana di Trevi does not offer any website. Service: It is done by a male waiter with an Italian phenotype and a blonde German who also infiltrates Italian. Both dressed black and white, attentive and friendly. When serving, they like to bring a strong pepper mill and offer a neat pinch of black pepper. The waiting times for drinks short, for the dishes pleasant. Worth four stars. On request there was a good Marsala on the house. Beverage prices: Pilstrinker must surprise for 0.3 l 2,50 €, water drinkers for 0.75 l San Pellegrino 5,20 €, open red and white wines are for the quarter at 4,70 €. My well drinkable Primitivo di Manduria was calculated for half a liter with 9,00 €. A common price level. Food: The map offers the Italian minimum standard, supplemented by high-quality meat dishes (cab, beef fillet, homemade noodles, scampi; Salmon, Zander and Steinbeißer stand for the Pesce Group. From the kitchen we have a larger, thick slice of white bread with tomato cubes. Bruscetta I would not call this too little taste (no garlic and bread too thick, not roasted and already soaked properly. That would be much better. There was this bread back to the appetizers, five slices. Inclusively dense in dough and heavy. No real crust. Certainly a high-quality wheat bread, but not our case. Salt and pepper mills, bottles with acetobalsamico and olive oil were prepared. The cattle carpaccio for 11,80 € with Parmesan and Rucola was good. The portion size can be overlooked with a view of the price. My mushrooms filled with spinach were served with a cream gogonzolas sauce. The sauce is still good to taste. Here is also a portion size that can be overlooked for 9,00 €. The pizza with Parmaschinken, Rucola and Parmesan was medium and well covered with ham. Also the pizza base (dough, tomato sauce have convinced. Price €9.50. My Seppia Livornese (16,50 €) came to the plate in a very spicy tomato sauce with remarkable cap flavor and good portion size. With the supplements (potatoes, green beans, salad a very successful dish. The food has tasted us well and deserves four stars. Ambiance: The Fontana di Trevi begins closely with a table row parallel to the large vault, which is placed in the entrance area and then expands in a U-shape. It is bright and in warm colours accentuated by the incoming evening sun. Occasionally the red plate. The walls yellow with some decoration (mirror, relief). The tables are generous for two people, four of which are narrow. The routes are generous. Overall, you can keep it well in the Fontana di Trevi. Cleanliness: All well maintained, including the abortion for the drinking gentlemen.
