I can only reflect the outer impression .The house is worth seeing . As a location it would be cool.But: I was disturbed by the tablecloths.These blankets are on day and night, wind and weather. Ecligious. A view through a window showed a room with long table and 12 chairs approx. The table decoration was Christmas, but old-fashioned and unloved. The coffee table was openly standing on kl.Tischen . Unhygienic!Also the service was oldfashioned, which would fit, but it looked unstable/unclean/not worthy. How stolen from a estate together. Conclusion.As a historical building worth seeing. As a location no thank you. I can't judge gastronomy.But I don't want to eat dusty and unclean dishes or tables.

Gänsebraten vom Buffet. Es war grandios. Hat super geschmeckt. Würde ich am liebsten heute gleich wiederholen. Wir waren begeistert. Roast goose from the buffet. It was terrific. Tasted great. I would like to do it again today. We loved it.

Yesterday we've been to the Rouladenbuffet in the Old Torhaus for a long time. It is a very cozy, beautiful location. The service staff all night over top, the boss at the reception very friendly. The food was very tasty and appealing to the choice: half cabbage shop, small beef shop, salt potatoes, potato crumbs, red cabbage, pointed cabbage, pea vegetables, cabbage vegetables, three sauces, fresh mixed salad, a small dessert (choco vanilla cream with cherries). Tastefully everything perfect and appealing. Unfortunately, we only have the fact that we were quite hungry and very fast the 2. Once at the buffet, everyone was able to enjoy half a cabbage rooster and one of the small cattle roosters, each with supplements, because after a short time the two types of roulettes were out and were not relocated. The boss gave some cassel roast (or similar, it was not exactly what it was) on the buffet. Most of the participants had to satisfy themselves with the vegetarian form of the buffet, i.e.: the supplements, and that was already a bit disappointing. At least I would have liked a few explaining words from the boss. After the quality of the dishes was very good, we would perhaps return to the Old Torhaus for a dish or for coffee, but no more to the buffet.

We celebrated my brother's wedding there and the staff as well as the boss themselves were very friendly and the trouble they have given themselves very commendable. The food was first-class and the service. Thank you for contributing to that my brother and his wife had a great unforgettable afternoon until the next morning. Thank you very much.
