My guest ordered a Hurricane with a rum topper, and it was really delicious. The bartender provided attentive service and was very helpful. However, I wasn't a fan of my seafood salad; the crab tasted like bland canned tuna, and the Parmesan dressing lacked flavor. Everything else I tried was really good, but I was disappointed that they didn't have any oysters, which is what I originally wanted. Also, the crawfish was quite pricey at $10.99 per pound!
We ordered 5 pounds of "wet" crawfish along with half a pound of shrimp, mushrooms, and alligator sausage. Unfortunately, the crawfish tasted like they had been previously frozen and were overcooked, with an excessive amount of seasoning on the outside. The shrimp was also overcooked, tasted frozen, and had a rubbery texture. The alligator sausage was disappointing as well, resembling regular sausage in flavor and not good at all. The only highlight of the meal was the loaded fries. While the service was attentive and good, the overall experience was not worth the $80 we spent. We asked our server whether the seafood was fresh or frozen, and he assured us it was fresh, but that was not the case.
The food was fantastic! A big shout-out to the chef and the kitchen staff for their amazing work. The crawfish was delicious, and the secret seasoning sauce was among the best I've tasted. The interior design of the restaurant beautifully captures the essence of New Orleans, creating a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking great Cajun food and excellent service. Be sure to like, share, and follow for more #JaysTrueRating!

The service was good, and the boudin flautas were delicious! However, I gave it only 3 stars because the red beans and rice were just average, and they charged $8 for just 3 shrimp added to a salad. It seems outrageous to pay $8 for only 3 grilled shrimp on a salad.
