Chili's Grill - Cypress

The food was excellent, particularly the southwest chicken soup. However, I encountered a significant issue with our order of three "3 for Me" deals at $10.99 each. When I selected the 20 percent tip option on their tablet, I later realized from the emailed receipt that the tip amounted to $12.30 on a $33 purchase. This is far more than the 20 percent I had intended to give. The "3 for Me" deals were listed with inflated à la carte prices, which resulted in the tip being calculated based on these higher amounts. That’s really not acceptable! I won't be caught off guard like this again!

This Chili 's is HORRIBLE! I had a party of 30, spoke to manager about accommodation and wait time, I was given the run around, it went from a 35 minute wait, to I don 't have a waiter in a section where you all will fit, I have a section and waiter now BUTwe don 't have enough plates to serve your party!!! The waiter looked puzzled as we did about the not enough plates . TheManager said he didnt know what to do ! The Manager said it was my choice if we want to stay but he doesn 't have enough platesso we would be waiting a longer time because he just don 't know what to do about not enough plates, he said he 's not use tohaving such a large party. It took the Manager 45 minutes ro come up with all of this, I believe this could have been handleddifferently, this was very disappointing for our entire family and it was my Son 's Birthday! He wanted to eat at Chili 's! Thistook place on Saturday October 15th 2022.

The waiter was extremely friendly and communicated with a lot of patience and kindness.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the drinks are good, but the steaks are a disaster! Chili's isn't known for their steaks, and they should really avoid including any steak dishes on the menu. That was the worst $30 steak I've ever had. I’m just being honest about my experience.

1991 was the first time I visited this Chili's with my first girlfriend. This week, I went in to see if the experience had changed. Everything was still the same. Great food. Cold brew, friendly faces. I sat at the bar this time and ordered southwestegg rolls and a cold beer. Classic! It brought back so many memories. I would recommend this restaurant to all.
