Firehouse Subs Cypress Mill Plaza

We have the New York Steamer. I ordered a small one and it was about 3 inches with hardly meat. Almost $7.00. no friendly service and every table was dirty. Very disappointed.

Place was a complete mess! Trash cans were overrun and each table was dirty. I've never seen this place so dirty. Turns me back when I'll order from here.

They gave me the wrong order, woman was rude about it, and the young cashier apologized. she is new) And the manager was rude because I asked him if they had a cocaco. He said to call and order the company, and then they asked me to buy another half sandwich and wait for my food again instead of replacing it. Would you? ve was good and I would? I left a sandwich and a drink, and the money I left will never eat again, or a firehouse under.

I can't say enough good things about these sandwiches. People are fascinating ball!!! There's the big guy, the little woman and the girl with long hair, super friendly smiles as I went in. Get back!

I haven?t eaten here in a few years not for any bad reasons it was just out of my way and I didn?t remember if I liked it. Turns out, I love it! I didn?t know what to get and I had Brandon be more than happy to help me out! He was great and gave a thorough explanation on the subs to help me make my pick! The subs were delicious and what I was craving for. Definitely going to come back more than I was before. Friendly staff and good scenery with even better food.
