Great Wraps - Cypress

Ordered from the door dash. I asked for a spicy gyro and two bacon steaks. I receive 1 have put together gyro, spicy meat and two cheese rice with bacon. People take their time to order and make sure that these people have jobs and they cannot even compile an order in a correct way. You'll never get my business. Take it to someone who can put your order together and answer the phone.

I have been waiting 40 minutes for rice for a take out order. No apologies. No offer ups. Nothing.

Horrible service! I ordered small gyro, and went to pay, the lady cooking got extremely mad, she was upset that I have ordered a different size. Then she angrily put the meat back in the drawer. Small gyro with fries was basically very small pita with barely any meat, few pieces of lettuce, and 6 fries. Horrible quality of food too! Big giant flies buzzing over the food! Don?t recommend this place at all!!!!

Food is ok. Service was quick. But I found it a bit dirty. Accidentally spilled my drink. Someone bumped into me at the overcrowded Food Court and my soda and ice went flying. Went to the counter to get another one, and they charged me for it. It's not about the $2. It'd be good customer service to replace it at no charge.

If I could give a negative 20 I would!!! They false advertise when I asked the guy about making a meal with fries and drink for $2.79. he should us a bowl and said it was a small so we ordered a large fries with bacon and cheese. So after we paid I noticed they charged $2.79 plus $2.30!! And the bowl was the same size he showed us but said it was a large! Never again will we come back. I asked for corporate number and he gave me a local number and said that's all he can give me. So I had to look up number online myself!!! I called the number to complain but apparently no one is working.
