At 830 it was said that the manager no longer steak bullets for the night we close in 30 minutes? No wonder there's a help in the window. 1 hour here last time
Customer service needs serious improvement, they charge extra for sauce!!!!! No utensils available for customers, and they give you the least amount of onions and pimples.
Beef tasted bad. my rice was muddy and lumped together while the other bowl had hard rice. Cashier was rude and busy getting her nails all the time when we were there. Cook was cooking and SMS on the phone while people waited for their food. good contract companies and want to get a refund.
Food was ok, not bad but not great. Service wasn't good at all. Their app says they have curbside pickup so I selected that option, entered my vehicle info only to find out they don't offer that service. When I asked why the app offers the service even though the store doesn't provide the service the employee seemed not to comprehend my question and kept repeating herself stating they don't offer the service. This place is ok for basic food but if you have any special instructions for the food or anything like that you need to anticipate they probably aren't competent enough to follow any special requests.
