Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service seems to be a hit or miss here Mobile ordering is a seamless experience ordering in person the interaction is inconsistent, some are personable and some just seem like a chip is already on their shoulder Plus side located in a fairly large parking lot Drinks and food are pretty standard like in any other Starbucks Another con i realize is my lid was not secure due to their double cupping and hot liquid spilled on my clothes and in my car May or may not return in the future.
Starbucks in Cypress never disappoints. Great coffee, friendly baristas, and a comfy atmosphere. My favorite place for a caffeine boost!
We visited this Starbucks by our house that we always go to yesterday and I am honestly in complete shock by the way we were just treated. My husband got a tall mocha and our name was called so I went to grab if off the counter and noticed it was super light. Like it was only half way full. It comes with whipped cream so we knew it would be a little lighter but it was way less than what you would expect. We normally don 't say anything but I told my husband we should just ask if they can remake it. He asked and the barista immediately got defensive saying that the order had been sitting there for a while and that it was just bc the foam was melting. I tried explaining that it hadn 't been sitting there for a while that we literally just got called but she kept talking over us. She finally realized it was the wrong order but by then my husband and I were honestly just standing there kind of dumbfounded in the way she had been speaking to us and she goes are you waiting for a food order or something?? We were like no we are honestly just shocked at the way you 're treating us right now. Again, we are NEVER the type of people to ask for a manager but we were in disbelief and did. The lead on duty was standing right there and literally defended her saying that from what he could tell she was just explaining. Mind you he was saying it in a snarky way too. Honestly all we wanted from the get go was to just get it remade so that my husband actually had a full coffee to drink and instead we got talked to completely awfully and left with his half full coffee. Even if she had just apologized for mistaking our order for another one that would have made the situation so much better. I 've never been treated like that by a customer service person before nor would I ever treat someone like that... Her name was Natalie. Didn 't get the leads name unfortunately, but we would appreciate an apology...
One of the worst customer service experiences! We ordered two drinks and the smallest(tall) drink seemed unusually light. After removing the lid, we confirmed the drink had much less than it should, even considering the room for whipped cream. We went up to the bar and was instantly given attitude and asked whether we had a question by a person who gave the name Natalie. We explained the concern about my drink and she insisted it was because our drink had been sitting on the counter for too long, claiming she had called our name for several minutes. We had literally just picked it up after they called our name once. There was a different order on the counter that had not been picked up. When we tried to explain that she was mistaken, she kept speaking over us, insisting we were wrong and that she made my drink correctly. I finally asked for a manager, and a young man approached claiming to be shift leader and asked what the problem was. I asked whether he heard the manner in which she was speaking to us. He defended her saying they were busy and she had a confused us for someone who had their order sitting on counter for a long time. The store was not busy whatsoever and it was clear he just didn't know what to say as he avoided addressing the obvious bad attitude she was displaying. Even once she realized she was mistaken about the order she was referring to, she didnt offer an apology and kept up with her attitude. When it was clear we were getting nowhere, we walked out. I walked back in to see if I can find manager info only to find her continuing to berate and talk about us out loud in front of the customers that remained in the store. At that point I took a photo to make it clear who the rude, unprofessional individuals were. We never leave reviews, but her behavior was truly unprofessional and was clear she feels she can go unchecked based on how her attitude remained infront of shift leader. Hopefully a manager reviews this.
Great spot for quick good Expresso. Nice staff. Recommend
