The Teahouse Tapioca Tea - Cypress

I used to love this place. I sure hope it’s something temporary, but right now for the last couple of times, it’s been the same and I can’t go back. Ordered an ice blend. Not only now did they start getting you a half of cup of ice (floating, not blended), but no slush at all. It was this complete liquid with ice around the mixed jelly, so I couldn’t even get to all of them. Also, no longer friendly. I hope you go to your old ways!! For my next couple of times, going to the place by Cinemark and will miss the sweet potato fries…

I had shown up craving something refreshing for this Texas heat. Ended up being a disappointment, I had ordered two Thai teas one blended with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and one regular (Thai tea with boba) both of them tasted incredibly watered down. I had went up to the counter to see if they can fix it, they took my drink back and made me a new one, nothing changed with the new drink. Still watered down. The drinks had no Thai tea flavor basically just got water with minimal flavor and boba. Sucks because I was a fan of this franchise. Employees did not make me feel like I was cared for. Argued back and did not fix the situation. Will not be coming back until a solution is provided by a manager.Review will not be taken down or changed until fixed!.06/28/2023

Did a giant order and both the ladies were fantastic! My drinks were made fast and delicious.

I've been on a boba kick. This place is nice and the Vietnamese coffee is really good, just don't ask for light ice. Last time I came here I got a Vietnamese coffee and there was a tone of ice in the large cup. This time I asked for light ice. Was charged a jumbo size but got the smallest drink size. Was told it's the same amount of drink. Other places I've asked for light ice without being nickle and dimed. I think it's just this location because I didn't have this issue at other locations.
