They changed policy from the morning of 28 June, but the whole day, they were not able to send us an email about that. They newly need to see e-visa during check in, entrance stamp from the airport is not enough for them. Also, they have a problem with ID for foreigners that they are using instead of passport during their permanent resident in Vietnam. This never happened to me during many years in Vietnam. I recommend choosing another hotel in this area. As the staff completely destroy your nice feeling, holidays mood in a moment when you arrive to the resort. The staff doesn't care if the customers are satisfied and return back or make recommendations. From such a resort, I expected better trained staff. This is the reason why many foreigners visit Vietnam only ones and don't want to return or recommend it to friends.
We celebrated a birthday weekend here. From the very beginning with pick up at the airport the team were extremely helpful, friendly and made the weekend extra special. The resort can easily match international five star standard. The room in the villa was extremely spacious and has a classic timeless design. The grounds and buildings are so well kept which is evident from the moment you enter through the ancient gateway. Food was delicious with lovely venue options, we enjoyed my birthday dinner in the wine cellar which I can highly recommend. Spa is in a separate and spacious building which was lovely and has great treatments. It seems many of the team have worked there for a long time which is a testament to the high quality and consistency of service we enjoyed. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and we took part in the morning yoga on the pool deck in the morning too which was a great start to the day, surrounded by the vast nature and sounds of the grounds. I can only highly recommend Ana Mandara for a real treat when visiting Da Lat. I look forward to my next stay already! Thank you.
Stayed 3 nights in the Ana Mandara, great location, villas surrounded by lots of trees and beautiful flowers. Nice room, very stylish. Breakfast perfect, so much choice and great views of Da Lat while sitting outside on the terrace. Had dinner there 2 times, both very tasty. Very kind staff. Would recommend.
Every time I stay here, I feel like I'm in a fairy land, I feel the nostalgic atmosphere and unique beauty of this place. Each villa has an interesting story. The experiences here are very memorable, I like picnic lunch and afternoon tea, the spa La Cochinchine is also great. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Hope to come back soon!
Such a pleasant hotel. Rooms were so cute and really felt like we were staying in our own private villa. Breakfast was incredible and the staff are incredibly friendly. Would absolutely love to come back to this hotel some time in the future. Location is a bit out of town but it's only like a 10 minute grab ride at max (or if you rent a scooter its super fast and easy to get back to the city center. Highly recommend this hotel!
