Bánh Canh Cá Lóc An - Da Lat

One of the best sound in dalat. very local, very cheap, very tasty. I am really not much of a fan of fish soup in the rule because often they are over boiled and the fish is fed. this suppe is however perfection itself. the balance of the aromen is a beautiful thing, and the perfectly boiled fish and noodles complement the correct amount of texture and chew. I eat every day here in the city and will dream of it when I am not.
