We ordered the special ramen for 580 yen and added a fried rice for 300 yen. The ramen was a traditional tonkotsu broth, light and savory. The noodles were medium-thin and firm, just as we ordered. The special ramen had a raw egg, which we cracked and mixed in halfway through, creating a creamy flavor. The fried rice was delicious, especially when we added a bit of Worcestershire sauce from the table. In addition to tonkotsu ramen, they also offered Chinese soba, miso ramen, and champon. The restaurant was spacious, with a large parking lot. They also had hand sanitizers and clear partitions for COVID-19 precautions.
This is a ramen restaurant located along Route 34, near Omachi Town Hall. I came here to try Saga ramen. There is parking for about 20 cars and 6 large vehicles. The interior is spacious, with counter seats, table seats, and raised tatami seating. This time, I ordered the "Char Siu Noodles" for 680 yen, a large portion of rice for 150 yen, and a raw egg for 50 yen. You can help yourself to pickled ginger and pickled vegetables. The soup is made from pork bones and is quite rich. The char siu is thinly sliced and generously sized. The meat has a good flavor and goes well with the rice.
